斤: Choose Correct Kanji Stroke Order

Choose the combination items correspond to correct stroke order for the following kanji "斤" in Japanese.  In the stroke-independent case, there are 36 (= 6 * 6) combinations.

The combination of (3a) and (3b) is the best answer.  Also the combination of (3a) and (1b) is correct by redundancy rules of stroke primitives.  Don't forget that the combination stroke of same direction is inhibited and (2a) is incorrect.
